LUXURY VILLA ETIQUETTE
- Respect the Property & Staff – You are staying in a high-end luxury villa. Treat the space and staff with the respect they deserve. Any damages to the property will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Use of Amenities – Enjoy the pool, hot tub, bar, and recreational areas freely. Just keep shared spaces clean and ready for all guests to enjoy.
REFUND, TRANSFERS & RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Apex Men’s Retreat, we invest heavily upfront to create a seamless, world-class experience—from securing luxury accommodations and private chefs to booking expert coaches and exclusive excursions. Because of this, our policy across all Levels Retreats are designed to be fair yet firm:
All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to the upfront commitments required to host the retreat.
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant for a small transfer fee.
If we can find a replacement for your spot, you may reschedule for a future retreat (additional costs may apply if the new retreat is priced higher).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for transfers or future credits.
All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in physical activities, excursions, and social experiences.
