This was hands down the best retreat I’ve ever done. Just the right mix of challenge, adventure, and relaxation. The private chef? Insane. The boat party? Even better.
I didn’t expect to enjoy the mindset work as much as I did. The visualization sessions and group talks really made me think differently about what I want in life. That alone made the trip worth it.
Our team needed a reset, and this was exactly it. The mix of adventure and downtime was perfect, and it gave us a chance to connect in a way we never do at work. Great balance of fun and reflection. Saad did a wonderful job managing everything.
Honestly, I thought I was just signing up for a fun trip with some training involved. I didn’t expect to leave feeling like a completely different person. The people, the location, the energy—10/10.
I don’t usually go on retreats, but this was something else. Every day was different, from ATVs to boat parties to just chilling at the villa. Worth every penny. Saad was super communicative too.
The staff was professional, organized, and made everything easy for us. No waiting around, no confusion—just a well-run retreat with great energy. I want to do one again in a new country.

You should book your flight to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) in Medellín, Colombia. From there, our private shuttle transfer will take you directly to the retreat in Guatapé.
Yes! We provide two scheduled shuttle transfers on arrival day to accommodate different flight schedules. Exact pickup times will be shared with confirmed attendees.
