LUXURY VILLA ETIQUETTE
- Respect the Property & Staff – You are staying in a high-end luxury villa. Treat the space and staff with the respect they deserve. Any damages to the property will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Use of Amenities – Enjoy the pool, hot tub, bar, and recreational areas freely. Just keep shared spaces clean and ready for all guests to enjoy.
Refund, Transfers & Rescheduling Policy
At Apex Men’s Retreat, we make significant upfront investments in luxury accommodations, private chefs, expert coaches, and exclusive excursions to create a seamless, world-class experience. Because of this, our policies are firm yet fair:
✔ All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to the advance commitments required to host the retreat.
✔ Can’t attend? You may transfer your spot to another participant for a small transfer fee.
✔ If we find a replacement for your spot, you may reschedule for a future retreat (additional costs may apply if the new retreat is priced higher).
✔ No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for transfers or future credits.
✔ All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in physical activities, excursions, and social experiences.

✔ Medications & Health Conditions – If you have specific medical needs, inform us before arrival so we can accommodate you.
✔ Physical Readiness – The retreat includes training, adventure, and recovery. If you have injuries or concerns, consult us before booking.
